UK MBA Program Perspective: A Leadership Message

Katelyn Mentzer

Welcome to our May 2021 newsletter!

It’s an exciting time for our UK MBA program as we recently graduated our classes of 2021 from our full time One-Year MBA program as well as our part time Professional MBA program, and we will be welcoming our new full time One-Year MBA cohort next month.

Regarding our recent graduates, given the nature of this past academic year, we are extremely proud of the resiliency and perseverance that our recent graduates demonstrated this year. We are excited for both cohorts as they move forward with their careers and know they will make a significant impact with their organizations as well as in their respective communities.

Regarding our incoming cohort, we’re excited to welcome a talented new cohort into our full time One-Year MBA program next month. Part of our excitement is related to returning to more normal, in-person delivery of our curriculum and extracurricular activities. We can’t wait to kick things off with our revamped orientation, focused on getting our new candidates immersed in our program as well setting the right expectations for our candidates.

In this newsletter, we’ll spotlight a few recent success stories from our recent graduates and alumni, as well as the meaningful impact that Jackie Schmidt, Graduate Career Advisor at Gatton's Graham Office of Career Management, has had with our students.

Lastly, thank you for taking the time to read our newsletter, and more importantly for being a part of our UK MBA community!
