- The College of Pharmacy is conducting a study on employees who engage in diversity work. The study is open to all members of the workforce 18 and older. It should take about 5-8 min to complete and your encouraged to share with others. Study Link
- Open Enrollment is April 29-May 15. This is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes in your benefits, read more on the UK HR website
Faculty
Exam week is coming up and we wanted to remind those giving exams using Canvas and Respondus Monitor of the following:
- We strongly recommend setting up a practice exam in Canvas and Respondus for your students that they can do prior to the actual exam date. The practice exam does not need much in the way of content and is more about letting students experience the proctoring process and solving proctoring problems in a low risk environment.
- Gatton From Anywhere has a page of information about Respondus designed for students that you can link from your course Canvas page. Seehttps://uk.instructure.com/courses/1986494/pages/respondus-taking-your-online-exams There are detailed directions for a student to install Respondus, a list of occasional problems and workarounds, and some contact information for Respondus and for the college if they run into trouble. It might also be good to provide students with your contact information so you can be aware of issues during the exam.
