Erica Miles

Director of Diversity and Inclusion, House Financial Services Committee

Erica Miles is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the House Financial Services Committee. She was previously a Senior Analyst in the Government Accountability Office, where Miles led and contributed to various reviews in the financial market and housing sectors including nonbank mortgage servicing, access to banking services in border Southwest communities, and homeless assistance. Prior to that, she supervised credit and collections departments for regional and large national banks. She has also served as diversity and inclusion training facilitator. The 1994 University of Memphis graduate earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
