Karla has 20 years of work experience in the Banking Industry and Higher Education combined. Her focus has been on International & Domestic Business Development, Relationship Building, Strategy Planning, and Negotiation in the Latin American American and European markets. Her academic background is in Business Administration and Marketing and has a master’s degree in Organization Development and Change, as well as Appreciative Inquiry and Professional Coaching certification from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
