David Hardesty and Brian Murtha have recently been appointed to the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Services Research.
David Hardesty is the Carol Martin Gatton Endowed Chair of Marketing and the director of UK’s Behavioral Research Lab. David’s research focuses on marketing and consumer behavioral aspects of pricing, emotional intelligence, knowledge and political ideology. He serves on the editorial boards for the Journal of Product & Brand Management and the Journal of Retailing in addition to the Journal of Services Research. David has served as consultant for NASA and the Promotional Products Association International.
Brian Murtha is Associate Professor and E. Vernon & William Smith Endowed Fellow of Marketing. Brian’s research and teaching focuses on marketing strategy and personal selling. His work has been published in leading marketing and management journals including Journal of Marketing, Management Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Journal of Business Research. He has worked on marketing and sales consulting and research engagements with Lexmark, AT&T, Ernst & Young, 3M, IKON, and Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
