The week-long event reached over 2,000 students

Lexington, KY – The University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics proudly hosted its very first Gatton Global Week from September 16-19, 2024, emphasizing its mission to prepare principled leaders for the global economy. Over 2,500 students participated in these events, learning about opportunities to expand their global business knowledge through education abroad. Through Gatton Global Week, students learned just how important international experiences are to their educational and career journey– not just through cross-cultural exposure, but through their resumes, soft skills, and intercultural perspectives.
