Gatton's Director of Honors Pathways, Ryessia Russell, has been selected as one of 50 members of the 2024-2025 Leadership Lexington class. Ryessia's role involves working with some of the brightest students in Gatton, guiding them through their rigorous coursework as honors students. Through her participation in this program, Ryessia will bring back refined leadership skills that will help not only her, but the students she interacts with daily. Leadership Lexington is an educational opportunity and leadership development program that broadens perspectives and enables participants to better understand community dynamics and public issues. The program is facilitated by Commerce Lexington! She was one of 50 individuals selected for the 2024-25 class.
