Mr. Leone is President of the 124-year old privately-held Breakers Palm Beach, which owns and operates The Breakers, the only large historic luxury resort in the country still in the hands of its original owners and the oldest continuously operating business in Florida! Leone grew up in a family motel and restaurant business, holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics, and is a licensed CPA. 

He joined The Breakers as Controller in 1985 and was appointed President of the company in 1994, at the age of 36. As President, Leone has been credited with engineering and sustaining the turnaround of one of the greatest resorts in the world by creating and fostering a unique company culture, and achieving best-in-class employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

Mr. Leone was recently recognized with the World Leaders Group Servant Leadership Award and Hotels Magazine Independent Hotelier of the World. He and his wife Kathy have four sons.
