About Dan Stone
Dan N. Stone is a Gatton Endowed Chair at the University of Kentucky, where he holds appointments in the Von Allmen School of Accountancy and the Honors Program. He is also the Director of the TW Lewis Scholars’ Program in the Honors Program, and serves as the Director of Graduate Studies and of the PhD program for the Von Allmen School of Accountancy. His joint PhD degree is in accounting and information technology from the University of Texas at Austin. He has published more than 40 academic works and is the former senior editor of the Journal of Information Systems. His recent research investigates mindfulness, language, and, knowledge practices among scholars and professionals.
