Join us Saturday, April 4th, 2020 for the 25th annual Economics Teaching Workshop at the University of Kentucky in beautiful Lexington, Kentucky.
We will have three keynote speakers: Jennifer Imazeki from San Diego State University will discuss, “Foundations for Creating an Inclusive Classroom,” Phil Ruder from Pacific University, and Scott Simkins from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University will present, “Teaching Economics with Team-Based Learning” and Gail Hoyt from the University of Kentucky will present “Learning by Giving: A New Model for Service-Learning in Economics.”
Sponsors include the UK Department of Economics and the Carol Martin Gatton College of Business and Economics. A publishers’ exhibit will also be available with additional sponsors. To offset some of the costs, there is a registration fee of $35. The deadline for registration is March 27th.
