Rachel Clark

Rachel Clark brings over ten years of experience in higher education to the Graham Office of Career Management. With a strong commitment to fostering meaningful connections, she plays a vital role in bridging the gap between employers and student talent.

In her current role, Rachel specializes in employer engagement within the dynamic landscape of the business college. Her outward-facing approach involves providing crucial support to employers, enabling them to effectively tap into the Gatton College’s exceptional pool of student talent. With a keen understanding of both the academic environment and the needs of the business world, Rachel facilitates mutually beneficial partnerships that pave the way for student success.

Prior to her role in the Graham Office, she served in varies roles pertaining to higher education recruitment, first as the Associate Director of Admissions for Recruitment at the University of Kentucky Admissions Office, and then as the Director of Recruitment for the Gatton College.

Rachel holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies with a minor in Economics from the University of Kentucky. Building on this foundation, she earned a Master of Public Administration from Murray State University.
