Meike Eilert PhD
Assistant Professor
Meike Eilert researches strategic company and consumer decisions as an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Gatton College of Business and Economics. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, a M.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and a B.A. in Business from Berufsakademie Emsland in Germany.
Her research primarily focuses on decisions related to product quality and social responsibility, and has been published or is forthcoming in several academic journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, and Strategic Management Journal.
Prior to joining the Gatton School faculty, Meike was on faculty at the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she taught courses in marketing research and global marketing in the undergraduate and MBA program. Prior to joining academia, Meike worked as an apprentice for August Storck KG in Germany for several years.
