Entertainment marketing businessman Terry Woodward is the owner and CEO of Wax Works, Inc., one of the nation's leading authorized wholesale home entertainment distributors. In 1990, INC. magazine named him Entrepreneur of the Year. Located in Owensboro, Ky., Wax Works is one of the largest video distributors in America, servicing thousands of rental and retail accounts nationwide. Wax Works’ subsidiary, Team Marketing, is the largest holder of licenses for college sports video in the nation.

Mr. Woodward has long been of service to the business community, as the International Bluegrass Music Association’s chairman during the first three years of its existence, as a board member of the Country Music Association and as a board member and treasurer of the National Association of Recording Merchandisers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial administration from the University of Kentucky.
