Roger E. Mick is the former chief financial officer and treasurer of the Hospital Corporation of America, one of the largest hospital management companies in the country. He began with HCA as an internal auditor in 1970. He was elected to the board of directors of the Hospital Corporation of America in 1987 and assumed the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer two years later. Mr. Mick is on the University of Kentucky's Development Council and the board of directors of the University of Kentucky's Business Partnership Foundation. He is a James Kennedy Patterson Fellow.
