David S. Jordan, CPA, served as managing partner of the Kentucky practice at Coopers & Lybrand, the top national accounting firm which joined Pricewaterhouse to form PwC in 1998. He began his career in their Lexington office, before moving to Coopers’ Accounting, Auditing and SEC Directorate in New York City. His responsibilities with Coopers & Lybrand included managing the firm's operations in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, and Middle Tennessee. He was one of 26 partners elected to the firm's Board in 1995.

Mr. Jordan has served on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Louisville Chamber of Commerce, and numerous nonprofit organizations. A UK fellow, he was awarded the University of Kentucky Beta Alpha Psi Outstanding Alumni Award in 1991.
