Cynthia Harkins Grimm is the vice president, assistant secretary and assistant general counsel for Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI). She is secretary to the Audit Committee of TI's Board of Directors and manages the Law Department's Corporate Governance/Finance group. She also served as corporate counsel on general legal matters for TI's Sensors and Controls Group. Ms. Grimm is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. In 1984, she graduated with high distinction from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in economics. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law.
