Jillian is a Manager in Deloitte's national M&A Transaction Services practice and is based in Houston, TX. Prior to joining the M&A practice, she worked in Deloitte's international tax group specializing in US international tax compliance, modeling, and structuring/restructuring. She now advises strategic and private equity clients on buy and sell-side M&A transaction services, including tax due diligence, tax structuring, and other tax planning for domestic and international transactions. She has worked across various industries, including energies, technologies, and financial services. Jillian is a licensed attorney in both Texas and Illinois.
