University of Kentucky's Pharmd/MBA dual degree alum, Anthony Marti, is now the Manager of Payor Strategy at Promius Pharma in Princeton, New Jersey. Promius Pharma designs personal and practical health care solutions. In Anthony's new role, he puts his MBA and pharmacy skills to work in planning, building and executing marketing campaigns, developing pricing and rebating strategies, managing vendor relations, and developing value story generation for Promius' medications.

University of Kentucky MBA alum and financial leader, Ben Buchanan, is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at US GreenFiber, LLC, the largest manufacturer of cellulose insulation in the nation, providing energy savings and cost effective insulation choices. In Ben's current role as CFO, he manages strategic initiatives while directly overseeing all finance, accounting, and technology activities. Although Ben has been a successful financial leader and private equity operator for the past 9 years, everything changed when the market crashed back in 2008. While working in investment banking, Ben realized that it was the opportune time to pivot his career and pursue Gatton's One Year MBA program. 

Current UK MBA student athlete at the Gatton College of Business and Economics, Christopher Miele, helped lead the University of Kentucky cheerleading team to their fourth consecutive national championship and 24th overall at the recent 2019 Universal Cheerleaders Association College Nationals in Orlando, Florida. Balancing the commitments of a student athlete, like Chris, can be very challenging especially coupled with a rigorous program like an MBA.

University of Kentucky MBA alum, Joe Razum, began his career more than 20 years ago as an engineering intern, and is now the CEO & Co-Founder of TCO Toolkit LLC. Over the past twenty plus years, Joe took his Engineering and MBA degrees to pursue leadership opportunities at many companies such as General Motors, Rockwell Automation, General Electric, 3D Systems Corporation and now with TCO Toolkit LLC, which he co-founded. 

UK MBA alumna, Latarika "Tari" Young, recently received the distinguished Coretta Scott King “Spirit of Ivy” Award for the Outstanding Community Leader by the Beta Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority at the recent 14th Annual Coretta Scott King “Spirit of Ivy” Awards Luncheon.

Current MBA student at the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics, Amy Nutt, will be starting as a Senior Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble (P&G) after graduating from the One Year MBA this May of 2019. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, P&G serves nearly 5 billion people around the world with its brands. Amy's new leadership role involves working in teams to support strategy setting, decision-making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business at P&G.

University of Kentucky MBA alum Mr. Damon Porter has been in HR leadership roles for over 13 years and recently joined Grange Insurance at their corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio as their Chief Human Resources Officer in 2018. Over the past 13 years in Human Resources, Damon has taken the MBA that he received at the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics and is now a leader in many HR functions including organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, staffing, learning and development, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance planning and management, employee recognition and policy development.

University of Kentucky MBA alumni from Valvoline, Alltech, UK Healthcare and AMR Management Services will be featured at the Gatton College of Business and Economics' One Year MBA Open House event on Thursday, February 7. This event is open to all students, majors, young professionals and recent graduates.

Dakota "Cody" Lester, recent graduate of the Engineering/MBA Dual Degree program at the University of Kentucky's College of Engineering and the Gatton College of Business and Economics, has been flying high in his new career as a Business Analyst Boeing. Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners, defense, space and security systems and service provider of aftermarket support.
