Course Overview: 
This course is intended to assist you in understanding the nuances in data that is collected via the accounting and reporting system. Through understanding those nuances, you will be better prepared to use this data and information in mangement decisions. The learning objectives of this course include: Develop competencies in using both financial reporting and managerial accounting information in various decision contexts and to understand the accounting complexities underlying some of the transactions currently discussed in the popular and professional press. Upon completion of this course, you should be familiar with both managerial and financial accounting concepts and applications necessary for entry into a management position.
