Course participants will learn to define a marketing research goal, create an effective measurement instrument (e.g., survey, experiments), and rigorously analyze the resulting information. We will focus on how the marketing research process is carried out conceptually and practically. The main sections of this course include the following: problem definition, research design, measurement and data collection, data analysis and reporting.
