Lunch and Learn - HR Career Panel Discussion: Please join us on Tuesday, July 25th at 11:30am in Gatton Room 391 for an HR Career Panel discussion. The panel will be composed of HR professionals from different companies, each providing their perspective on different careers in Human Resources. Beyond learning about HR career options, this is a great opportunity to network with prospective employers.

MBASA: The MBASA officers have been selected. Congratulations to Darby Brown, President; Justin Morris, Vice President; Will Bishop, Treasurer; Alexis Spahn, Secretary; Brandon Clarke, Social Chair and Rachel Dudney, Philanthropy Chair. The MBASA officers will be sending out surveys to the classes to ascertain the level of interest in different social and community events for the year. View the MBASA page here.

Project Connect

MBA 640 Project Connect class: The MBA 640 Project Connect class with Karl Gustafson will begin on Friday, August 25th. Stay tuned for additional information on the expectations of this class and each team's touch base meetings with Karl Gustafson.

New Elective and Study Abroad class: A new elective called Design Thinking upon Program Completion is being considered for the upcoming Spring Semester of 2018, which will teach how to improve your personal brand through increased knowledge of international business practices and design thinking. Students will get to study from experts from the prestigious Grenoble School of Management and visit the multiple regional businesses and culture of France. 

Entrepreneurship Bootcamp: The Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship is collecting projects for the Fall 2017 Entrepreneurs Bootcamp. If you are interested in learning more about what it takes to start a company, then apply here and space is limited.


One Year MBA Open House Event: The next Open House event for the One Year MBA program is scheduled for Thursday, October 19th at 5:30pm - 7:00pm in Woodward Hall at the Gatton College of Business and Economics. Registration will open soon!
