This year's Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) was on Saturday. My friend WQ visited me from out of town. Then we had a chance to scout the Lexington suburb for some winter scenes of bluegrass. The landscape wasn't much different from summer times, but winter exposed trees and mosses, things you won't notice otherwise. What we went was a biking route north of lexington. I tribute these series of pics to a photo blog called "A Walk Through Durham", which shows me that beauty can be found even at the most ordinary place. Oops, the first pic is a spam :)
