The Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky have a student exchange program. In 2007-2008 I was a Visiting Fulbright Scholar at SSE Riga and lived in Riga, Latvia for six months. I returned for three weeks in late spring 2010. SSE Riga courses are taught as modules of varying lengths of time. In 2007 I taught Health and Public Economics to third year students. We met five days per week for bit less that a month. All classes are taught in English. Click for an overview of the exchange program at SSE Riga. Students from the University of Kentucky would typically go during the spring semester.
