Ronald G. Geary is the former chairman of the board, president, and CEO of Res-Care, Inc., a leading provider of residential, training and support services for persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. Under Mr. Geary's leadership, Res-Care recently had the distinction of being ranked by Forbes magazine as the 51st best small company in America, marking the second consecutive year Res-Care has been ranked by Forbes. The company has also been included in Quantum Companies, a book highlighting "100 companies that will change the face of tomorrow's business." He earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate of law from Cincinnati Bible College & Seminary.
