Paul W. Chellgren is the former president and CEO of Ashland, Inc., which has grown into one of the world’s leading specialty chemical companies, operating in more than 100 countries. Mr. Chellgren graduated from the College of Business and Economics with his Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1964. He then attended the Harvard Business School where he earned his M.B.A. in 1966. Following Harvard, he studied at Oxford University and in 1967 he was awarded the Doctorate in Development Economics.
