C. Merwin Grayson, Jr., served as president, CEO, and director of Huntington Bank, Inc. as well as director, president, CEO and treasurer of Huntington Bancshares Kentucky, Inc. until his retirement in 2001. In 2005, he joined Central Bank to lead their expansion into the northern Kentucky market.

A native of Covington, Ky., Mr. Grayson has been a vital contributor to his community, having served the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Saint Elizabeth Medical Center Foundation, Thomas More College, the Cincinnati Institute of Fine Arts and Northern Kentucky University. He is a UK Fellow, has served two terms on the Board of Directors of the University of Kentucky Business Partnership Foundation, and was a member of the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees.
