The Director of FP&A at Blackbaud, Stephen Jones (UK 1996) will visit the Finance Society. Stephen is a Kentucky native graduated from the Gatton College of Business and Economics in 1996. He developed a passion for continuous process improvement and substantial experience in automotive companies learning and practicing the Toyota Manufacturing System and Six-Sigma. Prior to joining Blackbaud as the Director of Corporate FP&A in 2016, he spent most of his career with Lexmark serving in several financial and operational leadership roles. Stephen will offer an overview of Blackbaud, discuss internship positions on his team, share his career journey, and offers insight of the different roles finance plays in a product based organization versus a services based organization. Blackbaud has posted at least one internship position on Handshake and expects to post more.
