Accounting Workshop - Dr. Ken Bills
Dr. Ken Bills is an assistant professor of accounting at the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business. His research interests are primarily in the area of archival audit. Topics of interest include small audit firms, audit competition, audit quality, industry specialization, audit regulation, and audit firm portfolio management decisions. His research has been accepted for publication in top academic journals including The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory.
Bills earned his Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Utah and a Certified Fraud Examiner and worked as a senior auditor for Tanner LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah prior to joining academia. Bills teaches Audit and Assurance Services.
