Healthcare Executive Leadership Program
Healthcare leaders are facing increasing challenges from both internal sources and external factors which is requiring an expanded skill set. This program will expose participants to a broad spectrum of managerial skills and how to apply them to their work environment. Then topics covered include appreciative inquiry, communication, project management, leadership behaviors, team development and individual workplace behaviors. Participants will also work on a 'live' project during the program to implement in their workplace or business which will provide the opportunity to apply concepts learned. This program is very experiential with high levels of participation expected.

At the same time, you learn about the differences of others and the environment they require for maximum productivity and teamwork in the organization.
International Mentoring Programs
The Executive Education Center assists in the planning and coordination of numerous international programs for the College. The staff of the EEC conducts programs for foreign companies, governments, and educational organizations wishing to learn more about the private enterprise systems and American management techniques. Several programs have been conducted for groups from Indonesia, Kazakstan, Croatia, and the Republic of China.
