Utilizing distinguished faculty and guest speakers from the Gatton College of Business & Economics coupled with hands-on experience, you'll receive first-rate training in a 10-session period. Each three-hour evening session, you'll focus on such timely topics as Power, Conflict & Negotiation in Organizations, Essentials of Marketing, Organization Design, Accounting and Financial Decision Making, and Process Management.
